I’m Mao Ratha, a UX/UI Designer focused on building impactful digital products. I blend deep design expertise with a strategic approach to product management, aiming to elevate user experiences in the fintech space and beyond.

Based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, I specialize in crafting digital experiences that are as intuitive as they are beautiful. My background spans UX/UI design, design systems, and digital product management. While I’m passionate about the mechanics of design, I’m equally driven by the strategy behind it—ensuring that every pixel serves a clear business and user goal.

My current focus is on leading design initiatives that bridge the gap between user needs and business objectives. I am actively working on:

    Owned end-to-end UX/UI for mobile banking—flows, research, and visual design aligned to business and customer goals across product squads.
